HELP!...How to Edit Text in ArtCAM?

Hello,

First post in the CNCzone!

I'm using ArtCAM 2018 along with a cheap CNC router, and have just completed my first project (a personalized cross for my nieces deceased pet). Shortly after completing that project my nephew lost his pet, and I'd like to use all the same exact settings I used for my nieces cross for his cross. Can I just change the text or do I have to redo the complete toolpath? I would imagine just changing the name engraved on the cross should be a simple edit. But can't figure out how to do it without starting from scratch.

I hope someone can please help out this newb to ArtCAM and CNC machining. I'd love to get this project completed before Christmas.

You have to redo the toolpath if you created your project in one tool path.
If you saved this project as a project in ArtCam it’s easy, open that project and change the name on the cross and create a new toolpath.

How do I change the name on the cross? If I click the text button it just adds new text on top of the old text. I can't find an edit text button?

OK...I just clicked on "Edit Vectors" and then changed the text. Just got to figure out how to center the text on my workspace now? Then I guess I just need to create the new toolpath and I should be good to go!
