Artcam tool database. Need this tool.

Hello everyone. I need to have this tool in my Artcam database. I tried to do a custom tool but all attempts failed. I need to do a handle profile into a panel. Is everyone who have it?

I just installed the ArtCam 2018 Standard. It seems the tools in the toolbase are missing. Any solutions? regards
