I am working on a project (prototype stage) and I was wondering if it is possible to silver solder titanium and stainless together. Im not sure what titanium alloy yet, but the stainless will probably be a 17-4 or simillar. If it its possible, what alloy rod should I use? I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I've never heard of being able to do this. Heat and titanium in a non-inert atmosphere is a disaster. It will make the titanium brittle. Titanium must be welded in a chamber full of Argon or a heavily argon shielded environment.
