Howdy,

I've been trying to figure out if there's an section in this forum that's for CNC beginners. Beginners, as in wanting to learn the basics of building their own CNC machine. I've been looking around for several days now and I can't find any apparent forum that fits what I'm looking for.

Can someone point me in the right direction??

Thanks!

Well the whole site is for beginners and experts alike their is this section http://www.cnczone.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=172 and this one- http://www.cnczone.com/modules.php?name=Sections that would be a good starting point. Otherwise try doing a serach or just ask your questions.

Just start firing off your questions...let me ask you this, do you understand the basics of a CNC machine and how it operates?

Welcome to the forum. Take a good look at the various sections on here. There is so much information in them. Also take a look at the gallery. It has pictures of just about anything. I'm new to this myself but it's a friendly place and just post a query and someone has the answer.
