I turn on my Okuma first time, and I have serios problem... Machine not doing
anything, exept it turn front revolver manually.

Displays show random numbers, spindle not starts, chuck do not close or
open, memorylight lit in computer panel.

I am not sure of the 2200L,

Yes, it does sound serious.

Has the machine been without power for a great length of time ?
It may have had the backup battery go flat, thus making the machine lose all it's parameters in memory, battery power enables the memory chips to retain data, the machine does need to be powered up to recharge this battery.

The machine should have a set of disks supplied , usually stored in the electical cabinet with a data card and test reports. Reload the disks as per the manual. ( see your Okuma rep. if no disks exist )

Note: if you do have a battery problem , all parameters will be lost on power down, if the parameters do get lost on power down, reinstall but do not turn the machine off to enable you to keep the machine making chips, and are able to replace the battery.
The battery usually is a solder in type, best done by someone with electronic experience.
