I have two IKO (Nippon Thompson Co Ltd) linear bearings, Model # LWHT25. I have attached the specifications but don’t understand them. Could someone be so kind and translate this to a layman’s terms, or let me know if they would be suitable for the below described CNC application.

These will be the X axis for an all aluminum moving gantry machine.
The X axis is 48” and the Y axis is 36”

Thanks :)

20000 N (newtons) means they should be able to handle a 2 ton load (2000 kg). I think this is about 4000 pounds.

320 Nm (newton metres) of torque handling capability means you should be able to attach a bar to the slide, sticking out 1 foot, and stand on its end (if you weigh about 180 pounds), and it should still be able to do its thing.

So yes, my guess is they will be enough for your application. :)
