Dear Sir:
I have a problem with firmware Update MK3/4 planetCNC, Please help what I do.
See picture in the attachment.

Please disconnect controller from power supply and connect it back. This error indicated that update was completed but controller somehow did not "leave" bootloader mode. This should be OK after you connect power and USB back with controller.

Try this:

?Please use external power supply for controller!

- Exit software PlanetCNC TNG

-turn off and disconnect controller, meaning disconnect power supply and USB cable. Controller needs to be completely without power and connection.

-Connect power supply and USB with controller

-Again start PlanetCNC TNG software and update FW.

Please be persistent...

Have you tried emailing support? I've found more success with the support group rather than relying on a response from this forum.I believe the support email is on the planet CNC website.
