Hello all,

I have a 1995 Yam VMC that has a strange tool changer issue that we are having trouble resolving.
It has a side mount 20 pot tool changer and a Fanuc 0-M control.

When you call a tool change, M06, everything goes well...
Carriage side pot drops, too arm picks up both tools, swaps them, then goes home.
When it hits home at the end of the cycle it jumps back towards the spindle and alarms out. (it looks like a hydraulic valve bounce)
Unfortunately it doesn't give any kind of alarm number. just the atc alarm light.

I've checked all the tool changer proxies and they are all registering and the mechanical limit switch at the home position seems to be working.
I've swapped the hydraulic solenoids to try and isolate the issue.

Now at a loss.

Has anyone seen this issue before and able to shed some light or point me in the right direction?

Thanks
