Hello everybody!
I’m going to handle 20mm thick copper plates at our 3-axiel-centre.
There’re M8 and M10 threads that have to be made and opening with masses 150x300 that have to be milled.
What tools would you advice?

Hello!!

It depends on what you have or part number.
I prefer tools that cut sharply (HSS or HM)
HM is better because you have internal cooling there and you need it because the thing lubricates.
I believe aluminum tools are for clear copper.

You can take almost everything.
Water is obligation. Also proper cutting performance.
Tools should have positive parting, without honing of edges. They also may be polished.

Just … sharp…
