Hello

Could anybody show me how it’s possible to make a chamfer with e.g. 3x10 grade in a borehole with e.g. 50mm diameter?
I don’t want to use a chamfer cutter but a spindle cutter and shifting the bevel.
I’ve got a dmu 80p with Siemens 840d incl. traori.
Could anyone send me an example of a cam system what it looks like!
I prepared something but I’m not sure it’ll work.

Why do you have to shift the borehole?

I imagine a block with a borehole D50 inside.
Or is it because of the bevel?

Try this.
We wrote it in a training course by Siemens last week.
The program worked at DMU 80.

Certainly, you don’t have to program the pocket/borehole.
