Hi folks,
I have just purchased an old 80's W-EDM machine and looking for any kind of documentation for this HS100. Priority if possible to find schematics for power supply and all otrher circuitry as well.

I have the users manual in Swedish so I think that part is covered as I read/speak Swedish.

So whatever documentation you may have or can link to would be appreciated.

Cheers
Bengt

I have some manuals for this machine, I owned one a long time ago.
I will try and find them if you wish.

Also very much interested in getting a copy of Brother QD-2 or QD-3 software for win3.1(or DOS) on 3,5"FDD or zip archive via e-mail.

Here a heads up, still looking for users manual for the WEDM HS100

HS100 first cut - YouTube (http://youtu.be/P4QvNhUSPqY)

Now I have the machine working but still in need of manual to get a grip of all parameters that can be set.

Hello again from Sweden,

Still looking for documentation for this HS-100 :)

Anybody out there who is using or remembers what 'System Constant' in machine setup is for?
I have hand written notes that states this setting to be '3' but would like to know what is stands for.

I have managed to repair a floppy with QD-2 software and would like to get Communications via RS232 Cable working.
If I understand this correctly in QD2 the setting NC is for Brother's proprietary opto-link, is the tape reader setting for RS232 output?

So, how do one setup the HS-100 to do all Communication via RS232 Cable and not use the Opto-Link?

Any hints of how to settings should be in PC and HS-100 are welcome, would like to get comms working and avoid manual G-code Writing on HS-100

Cheers from Sweden

There is one document that I cannot get my hands on, with each HS100 there is a document with tables showing feed's and speed's for different brass wires/materials.

Anyone out there that have this document and have the possibility to copy and make PDF of it or willing to send a paper copy via post would be much appreciated.

Merry Christmas everybody
Bengt
