I have just completed a full resource page for Mach 3/4
I hope this will help all those current and future users.

Benny you have done a good job. Keep at it. I will make a suggestion and something I wanted to do with your first attempt at making this happen and that is to get guys like Bob Campbell, Peter Homann and Brian just to name a few to do the work of putting a little banner together, you should not be expected to have to do this, and with that banner link to their specific sites. I also think for the betterment of machX (whatever it becomes) that those same people post tips, hints, suggestions and helps to all the forums rather than a single kludgy thingy! I don't go there much any more. It was consuming too much of my time trying to keep up so I just decided to work a while.

Just want to know if there is a documentation manual for Mach3?
In the dowload section I saw "Mach2 6.11 Documentation" but nothing on Mach3... Is Mach3 almost the same as Mach2 so we could use Mach2 documentation?

Try this:

Mach2/3 documentation on Benny's page (http://www.machsupport.com/documentation/)

I think the Mach3 doc linked to above is a bit outdated, as Mach is evolving at a ridiculous pace. :) New docs should be coming soon, but not exactly sure when. For the time being, use the one available, and also check out the Wikis.
