My Yaxis slopes downward approx .125" when moved from one end to the next.

What can I do?

I run Mach3, is there a way to have the software subtract this amount as it moves?

I thought about shims but there isnt any where to put them.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Always build in a means to make minor adjustments is the best policy, but if that is not possible now, all you can do is to surface plane the table top to match the Y axis error. This will require you to also insure that your Z axis is 90 degrees to the Y axis rails or your surfacing cutter will leave steps as it cuts the table top. You will need to create a gcode file to do the surface planing. If your X axis rails also have misalignment relative to each other you will end up with a little twist in the table top. Software should not be expected to calculate all of the parameters to correct for a misaligned machine because it just adds a lot of unnecessary CPU loading.
