Hi,

Can anyone suggest some good Free BackPlot software (running in a Windows enviroment). I am currently using BACKPLOT by CADKAS but my 14 day free trial is almost done.

Regards,

NC Plot is a good one. There is a free and a paid version. I tried out the free one and was impressed. The developer is a member here.

This one is in Beta Testing:

GWizardE: A Machinist's CNC G-Code Editor (http://www.cnccookbook.com/CCGWizardE.html)

Go ahead and grab this too:

GWizard: A CNC Machinist's Calculator (http://www.cnccookbook.com/CCGWizard.html)

It just came off Beta, but you can get a month of use free if you sign up this week...

Hi! I need simple BackPlot software (not only free) for DOS. The simpler, the better. Mostly for standart fanuc-6m ISO G-code (but for HEIDENHAIN also would be appreciated). Any ideas?

WPCView by Technisoft is 100% free. It will even backplot 5-axis aptsource files. You can insert STL models, and build solid cutters. It works great.
