Alphacam - import text not consistant

Hey guys, I have been using Alphacam for awhile but I can not figure out why it can not import text headers from autocad correctly. It seems Alphacam does not like underlines? Please see attachments. Any ideas on why? The programmer needs this info for his job each day.
