AlphaCam converting multiple files at once

Hi so I'm looking in converting a folder of sinks from ARD to DXF. I have like 100 folders with at least 20 sinks each. But I need to convert each folder of sinks all at once I don't want to save them one by one. Is there any way to do so. It would definitely save me an immense amount of time to do it by folder instead one by one. Thank you!
