Alphacam Lathe face groove

I have alphacam 2021 , i need to make a face groove in 14 degrees angle and i have 2 issues

1- the tool is 14 degrees tilt so i need to get the tool path 14 deg. to avoid crash

2- the program does not take in consideration the material removed from the front of the part and until reaches the grove face material (.700 deep ) is cutting air


the part has a step of .700 deep and on the face of that step is the groove located

As far as i can find out according to the technical service support there is no way to do the groove at an angle , i have a part with a grove on a 45 degree and this program can't make it hope they can fix that
On Mastercam you can select the angle of the tool path , i was told alphacam is one of the best and i have my doubts
