Default Alphacam - visual basic error - need help - APM

    Hello,

I'm working in ALPHACam, after computer format and installing Windows 10 - we have 2 windows at startup.

"License information for this component not found. You do
not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in
    the design environment."

    ActiveX component can't create object

We have problem with license, exactly I am working with module to alphacam 2013 - APM VERSION 12.0.0
I can't connect with database(not_responding after few seconds)

    1. Version of visual basic could create problem with alphaCam APM? How it check?
    2. What you propose? What should I check? Reinstalling doesn't work.

In attachments are screens with errors,

    thanks
