Best way to engrave / pocket this text?

Hello all, I'm trying to pocket this text 2mm deep into veneered ply. Most letters a fine but those with smaller inner geometry are not. i cant seem to stop the tool path from ignoring the inner geometry curves. how do i do this?. I have stainless inner's that will fit into the pocketed text.
Any help appreciated.

It's impossible to see anything from a Picture - upload the .ard/amd file

I'd be tempted to just use a standard pocket and select all the geos... Make sure your ghost tools are on the outside for the inner geos.
