Sloping or Profiled cut shape

Hello, I'm new user with Alphacam and CAD in general.

I want to create an profile cut around my shape, I try to do exactly the same thing as in this video :

But don't understand why, the profile is straight at each time. If it can helps, Alphacam tell me this sentence after validate the cut shape :
Geometries with tools on centre will be be treated as soft boundaries.

Moreover, I'm not sure to set the material in a right way..

If Alphacam tell You - after validate the cut shape .. Geometries with tools on centre will be be treated as soft boundaries.
- Then You need to set Your Tooldirections to outside / Inside.. If it´s on center - how shouls it know where You want your Toolpath??
