Z Axis 3D cutting

I am having issues with creating a 3d project I am working. I have expertise with 2d programming but have not done much 3d work.
We are creating a Poker Table and I am trying to make a chip rack built into the rails of the poker table.
I have everything created the way I want it in Alphacam but I am having issues adding the toolpaths.
I plan on using a 1/2 inch or 3/4 Bullnose Bit. But can use something different if need be.

I have a couple screenshots of what I have done so far and have a image of what I am trying to do
