Firstly check if in add ins you have active all what you need. Then you can check also in a File -- Customise --- Customize Ribbon if your function missing in Ribbon.
Problem can be also with your postprocessor 32bit VBA codes does not work on a 64bit Alphacam. It is necesary update it.
