I made one, but never used, it. I'm going to rebuild a heavier duty version. I also need a machine to use it on.
If you read through the thread, there is one that is working, with videos.
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has made a scaled down DIY "Servobelt" drive that uses Nema 17 stepper motors???
I was trying to develop a DIY RPS (Roller Pinion System) so that I could make a large format 3D Printer with axis > 500mm.
But then Gerry (ger21) pointed me to the bell-everman servobelt drive.

The "Servobelt" drive system looks awesome, I would like to hear from anyone that has built a DIY version of a "Servobelt" drive that uses stepper motors.
Cheers
Nikki.
