Belmont ASTEC CDH2AM memory lost

I have a friend with a Belmont ASTEC CDH2AM (MFG DATE 4/03, 220VAC) who lost the memory over a holiday week. He cannot find a program to get it back up and running. Any leads for him to get it back up again? If he could find another one somewhere could one be copied from another machine and loaded onto his? Any help appreciated, thanks in advance!
