Chinese wire EDM problem

Hi All,
I have a problem with my Chinese wire Edm machine. The machine’s made by SSG. ( SANGUANG SCIENCE & TECHNOLEGY) The machine came with a 286 computer in the mid 90’s today its impossible to find spares for up to a 486 computer. The machine uses a computer card to protect its software. If you try a Pentium one computer with that card the Pc wont come on. I tried contacting the company by mail but I receive no reply. Does anyone know of an agent for this machine, anywhere in the world? I am in South Africa and there is no more an agent.
I would like to know if there is an upgraded card for this machine, anyone?
