    Hello

I’ve got a problem with my old Maoh Hansen sinking EDM machine in case of LBL programming.
    An example

    TOOL CALL 1
    CYCL DEF
    LBL 1
    ngfoji
    LBL 0
    TOOL CALL 2
    CALL LBL 1 Rep 1

The machine takes tool 1 erodes everything ok
The machine takes tool2 erodes everything ok
Then it wants to use the tool 2 again

    It ignores LBL 0 somehow.
    Does anyone have a clue?

    Thanks in advance
    Greetings

Don’t you happen to have the LBL call in LBL?
Show your program. It’ll be easier to help then

No, everything is properly, as it should be.

    Show your program.
It would be easier to understand.

Or is your program strictly confidential?

    Hello Hans-Michael

Write your LBL after M30 at the end of the program and call it by T1 and T2 with LBL CALL.

    I have already tried that.
    The machine doesn’t know M02 or M30.

I programmed LBL after M30 when all LBL had been completed.
The machine processed the LBL with the last EL.

    Hello
I would leave Rep 1 out and only write CALL LBL 1
