Complete turn-key package for new or retrofit installations. CNC Control with Mitsubishi 30in/LB Class Brushless Servo Motors, Drives, & Cables for 3 axis. The Mitsubishi drives have On the fly Auto Tuning meaning the drives tune themselves as they are running! This system is very easy to install. Simply mount the drives in an electrical box, mount the motors to the machine, route your cables and wires, and you are in business!
With this kit you can convert a 3 phase machine to single phase! You will need a AC drive to run the spindle motor, please call for more details and pricing.
How to Install:
1. Assemble Arm & Mount CNC Control to machine
2. Mount Servo Motors & Drives to Machine
3. Route Drive & Motor Cables (All Cables Included)
4. Wire Limit Switches & Spindle to CNC Control
5. Wire 240V AC to Servo Drives
6. Plug in CNC Control with a Standard Extension Cord
7. Turn on CNC Control and Run!
