Pros:	Few
Cons:	Many

This produce still needs lots of work. Some if not most of the help files were of little help. Lots of times clicking on help only proved that the help topic was completely nonexesistent. I ordered the training video cd but it was found to be defective. After many many moons after promises it would be fixed (but never was) I returned it. As it turned out they soaked me for the shipping both ways.
