Description: Just wanted to post some general information about Roton. I've shopped a number of places for components including Ebay. Had I known about Roton to begin with, I could have saved some hair.

Roton products are incrediably reasonable in price, cheaper than what I've seen stuff going for in auctions. Way cheaper than McMaster-Carr. Above all, Roton's customer service is first rate. Don't bother emailing them, just call, if you need technical advice, you'll get to talk to the tech. Doesn't matter if you are just Bob building a CNC Mini-Mill or Boeing building jets, you get personal attention. In addition, if you need something special or a tweak, they will take care of you without an attitude. In my case, I wanted a little better fit & less backlash on 3 ballnuts that I had ordered. I returned them to Roton, they hand fitted them at no cost and returned them at no cost. That quality of service for hobbiest buyers is unheard of. Check them out if you are in the market for components, you won't be disappointed.
