Pros: Great product, high precision, low cost
Cons: cheap chuck

I bought these close to 6 months ago and have been using them ever since,
I bought the manual opperators kit, an extra ER holder and extra ER collet, and have been using them since.

The drill chuck that comes with the adapter on the manual opperators kit is cheap with a little runout, really not too bad but thats why it is such a low cost drill chuck setup. I will be buying a keyless chuck from cdco which is probably going to be cheap also but I guess Ill find out on that one.

The end mill holders are perfect, high acuracy no problems there, the ER holders are also awesome. The holders are short, not extremely long like regular R8 end mill holders which take almost 4\" to remove while these take only 1.375\" to remove from the spindle. I havent had any problems, I set up all my tools before I run, I program in all the tool changes and let it fly.

I have only been tightening these as tight as I can with a wrench and my grip on the spindle and they have been doing great, I have had the end mill holder slip out a little taking a large cut too fast. I will soon have a power drawbar which will tighten much better.

I have had absolutely no problems with these holders, I hope to be able to order another ER holder and a larger drill chuck adapter soon.

I have replicated some not quite as acurate holders for such things as drills and countersinks which work great along with these.

Jon

Pros: Simple, Easy to use, accurate
Cons: none

I hope you don't mind me adding my $.02 onto this review, but here is a link to a thread I started about my TTS as well.

http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55939

I bought the manual machinist kit to start as well, 4 more drill chucks, 8 - 3/8" Endmill holders, and 2 - 1/2" endmill holders.
