    Issues setting up a 12x12

I've finished getting everything setup and connected, but when I clear the emergency stop in Mach 3, I get this. Click Emergency stop and everything is happy again. I've triple checked all the wiring and everything appears to be fine, so I'm at a complete loss!

A few different configuration problems could cause that.

I couldn't tell, are you using both VOUT terminals on the power supply, each plugging into the two different VIN terminals on the card? One should be on the card's 12V terminal and the other on the card's 7V terminal.

Did you adjust the Voltage regulator on the power supply (orange screw)? This should be turned all the way clockwise.

Did you double check the DIP settings on the DIP switches? Each axis should have this setting: [1 off, 2 on] & [1 on, 2 on, 3 off, 4 off]

You may want to relay this problem over on the ZTW Forums where most of the support is given by very experienced CNC'ers. Someone else may have had this issue too.
