I pocketed a piece of alum the other day, I used deskcnc and ran it on ya. The problem is that the cut out was .050 to small, I check the g-code and didn't find a error, I check the machine my doing a incremental jog once again it was on the money in both the X and Y. What could have cause the error in the cut? I really thinks it's a YA bug and one have this happen?

| If you checked the code, maybe the cutter was smaller than you thought, or pushed off (seems unlikely it would be that much, though). Did you use cutter comp and maybe offset it the wrong way?

| Nope that's the obvious and the cutter was right on. I even re-ran the file and still got the same result, the only thing I did not turn on was constant vectoring.

| Can you force the error larger or smaller depending on the size of the pocket? If you post your file, we could maybe backplot it for a second opinion. I guess we'd need to know the part dimensions, too.
