    Ace depth problem

No matter what I put in to Ace for the Z offset and max Z pass values, the G code always comes out with a Z offset of 0.09448031 . What have I done wrong?? It had been working fine for years up until now.

Not sure, but make sure the entities in your .dxf file are drawn at Z=0. If they are not drawn at Z=0. the offset from zero appears to get added to the final depth.
