program dsp deleted

hi all
i have machine cnc " maxima " with dsp command the problem that i lose the program
the all for DSP are delete , now when i put the usb result is , only scren is light and the red led is on
you can see the photo of my dsp
please some one can help me
i ask my china supplier but until now i don't receive any information
hope find a solution for this problem
