The new bearing is for the X axis with the 25mm ballscrew, that is the Y axis with 16mm ,so bearing is to big,only the DemonX will have the larger bearing on the X and Y for 25mm ,also the DemonX is made 54 now and not 52.The bearing house on X is changed to rectangular now to clear lower cross memberOriginally Posted by jassaf

Also will be offering for per-sale in about a month, a steel frame 4x8 ,that will have a hydraulic bed that can be lowered 12 standard, 6 to 20 inch clearance and longer as option,also will be a plasma and CNC router in one with removable bed
WOW a plasma and a router in one machine, I think I heard that some where else, HA HA LOL

This company Kineticusa has been doing that with there plasma machines for many years
they do drilling/tapping/machining,& more in steel, then cut the finished part out

its fairly common in higher end machines. the main thing is to get a open table area with a ball screw drive on each side. then youve got no limitations on plasma, laser, tall mould milling routers, 5 axis heads and such.

Before you start taking orders, ship the ones that have already been paid for. I already paid for my CNC table that you said was going to be shipped Monday. I still have not received the tracking # for it.
Yes I know theres other companys producing this kind of a machine, It was meant as a joke for George he'll know what i meant.
george was waiting on the table brackets, which i made for him. we had to change the mounting to slots to allow more adjustability in mounting. they are done now.

Having to deal over the internet and having to deal with a small business can cause a lot of anxiety, especially if there' s a lot of money involved. It may be a pain sometimes, but it's always important to keep the line of communications open with customers. I know, I was a small business owner until I sold my ownership and retired.
P.S. I did get an email from George today too explaining what happened.
As for the channel for the 4x8 table top,it is kind of custom job from what i have and also the imperial profiles they are bolting to.I cant really control when they would have them done,but had to get them redone because i forgot to tell him they where for imperial profile and got them slotted instead of the just drilled hole.
As some people on the forum would know, i just spend over a week to get machines from customs straighten out ,and with new laws for imports in to the USA was worried about losing them and getting confiscated for no paper work or commercial invoice with machines ,as they put wrong stickers on the boxes and wrong papers in packets
