I have a Taig mill that when running a test piece it is skipping or loosing steps. This happens more when feed is in x and y at the same time. I can jog them at 20 ipm and it does not skip, only when in cycle. I am running the Mach 3. When feeding a 5 ipm the y axis makes some jumping sounds. I have the 3-axis kit on the Taig mill all is new. |
