Need Help!- Xylotex Problem

Does any one from Xylotex monitor this forum?
I just received a replacement board and it died after a few hours of use. It is showing a dead short between + and - input. I have tried to contact them with no response.

Not usually, I don't think. Try the Yahoo group if you don't get a reply, but 99% of people who don't think they're getting replied to actually are, but their spam filters are blocking the Xylotex emails.

The reverse is true too. Many times, Jeff doesn't get your email either. As far as I can tell, he is the only one, so if he goes on vacation, not sure what happens to customer support. I was exchanging email with him on the [support at xylotex.com] email address a couple of weeks ago. I had purchased a new machine and needed some help setting up the board, no problems. He was a big help and right there for me.
