Does any one from Xylotex monitor this forum?
I just received a replacement board and it died after a few hours of use. It is showing a dead short between + and - input. I have tried to contact them with no response.

The reverse is true too. Many times, Jeff doesn't get your email either. As far as I can tell, he is the only one, so if he goes on vacation, not sure what happens to customer support. I was exchanging email with him on the [support at xylotex.com] email address a couple of weeks ago. I had purchased a new machine and needed some help setting up the board, no problems. He was a big help and right there for me.
