Wire up CNC4PC C10 and switches?

I have a Xylotex 3 axis board and I have bought a CNC4PC C10 BoB.

I want to wire up XYZ home switches and a E-Stop switch. Does anyone have a diagram that shows me how to wire it up.

It's on CNC4PC's page. Download the manual pdf.

I looked at that but it doesn't have the Xylotex board, it has a gecko board. I should add that I only have a fairly basic understanding of electronics so I was looking for a "hook this pin to that pin" diagram.

Buy me a Beer?

The easiest way to do it would be to use a second parallel port for the breakout board. Otherwise you'll need to make a custom cable (basically cut off one end of the Xylotex parallel cable) To connect the Xylotex to the breakout board.

I've got some spare ribbon cables ready to modify so I'm prepared to make a custom cable

I don't see how you would use this BOB with the Xylotex unless you are running two ports. Your printer cable can only go to the Xylotex or to this BOB with a single port.
When I was running my Xylotex, I didn't use any BOB. The Xylotex is a kind of BOB itself.

Here is an image I made of the diagram I used.
It was on an older revision board, so some things will be different. This is only to give you an idea how it can be done.
