I received my 4 axis drive with power supply. I set the power supply output voltage and now want to set the drive output. Do I need to be connected to a computer with a program running to do this? It seems like I might by the instruction sheet. I'm a bit confused. The instructions create a lot of questions for me. I read back to Aug of 2005 on this and can't seem to get clear answers and some of the questions were not answered at all by others. |

| Did you read this? http://www.xylotex.com/Setup%20Instructions.htm Steps 7,8, and 9. You don't even need the board connected to the computer to set the VREF. (Step 19)

I was going to do it one step at a time so I didn't read too far ahead so I wouldn't get confused. The second step was get the software setup and that threw me off. Some of this I read means nothing to me as I'm sure it will as I progress along. Thanks for the reply.........Nick |
