| I have a question about hooking up the parallel connection to the Xylotex XS-3525/8S-1 controller. There is a 9 connection plug that connects to the parallel port, I am unsure of this connection please review the below connections and let me know what is correct. 1. This is how it arrived, and how I think it is configured to the parallel connector. VCC: RED WIRE - CONNECT ALL THREE CONTROLLERS TO VCC NO. 8 IN THE PARALLEL CONNECTOR. STEP: WHITE WIRE – CONNECT TO 15, 5, 7 OF THE PARALLEL CONNECTOR DIR: GREEN WIRE – CONNECT TO 2,4,6, OF THE PARALLEL CONNECTOR ENA#: HOME#: MSO: MS1: SLEEP#: GND: BLACK WIRE – CONNECT TO GROUND FOR ALL THREE. 2. There are five empty sockets in the 9 pin plug. What are these used for? If they are used what do they connect to? VCC: STEP: DIR: ENA#: ? HOME#: ? MSO: ? MS1: ? SLEEP#: ? GND: |
