    Xylotex 5v question...

Do I need to supply the xylotex with 5v for the logic? Or does it take and step down the main input voltage?

Depends on how old it is. Older ones needed a seperate 5V supply, newer ones don't.

Great! I just got it a few days ago, and it's the newer one. I have Gecko's also, but I have having 10 wires for each axis. I really like the simple and compact design of the xylotex. Although, no where near the power, but definetly suited for the little machine I built.
