    E-Stop

I am going to wire my E-Stop from my milling head to kill the power to my Xylotex power supply. Will doing so damage the controller board?

As far as I know the only way you will damage the Xylotex board is if you disconnects a wire to a stepper motor while the board has power, but double check before you proceed.

Have you read the thread in the safety forum about wiring E stops? Lots of good info there and a good place to ask your question if you don’t get an answer here.
