    Changing Microsteps

I see the microstepping truth table showing MS1 and MS2 0's and 1's, and know where the pins are on the board, but what do I do to change the microstep size?

There should be 2 jumpers on the board, labeled MS1 and MS2. Remove the jumper for 0, leave it on for 1.

there is a shorting plug on the ENA pins, but no jumpers. By jumper do you mean wires connectors to put on the MS1, MS2 pins or shorting plugs?

A jumper is a little plug that plugs onto the pins, and shorts them together. I had that backwards, sorry. Leave it off for 1, put it on for 0. By default there are no jumpers, so you'll have to find some to use.

I see. I need a jumper like the one that came on the ENA pins (or anything that shorts the two pins). The data sheet does not really explain it.

    Thanks.

It should be the same type of jumper you find on a hard drive, or your computers motherboard.
