Can't reset Mach 3 when driver board is powered on.

I am using the XS-3525/8S-4 Stepper Motor Driver Board.

I have setup all the limit switches and e-stops. They respond properly in the Mach 3 diagnostic page when the board is powered off.

However when the board is powered on, I can't reset the software. It says "limit switch triggered".

I don't know what is the problem. It works when it's not powered but not working when powered.

    Any ideas or suggestion?

    Thanks!

Try increasing the Debounce in the General Config screen to about 5000. You may be getting noise on the switch pins.
