    KX3 Sieg. Help ... PLEASE

    Hello everyone.
This my first post and I am in dire straights. I have a brand new KX3 Sieg that I bought from Travers Tool. When I got it setup and installed the software I got 3 error messages on screen. "X Y Z servo fault error". So I called travers and they never returned numerous calls. So I posted on the sieg support forum and after a week and sending photos they said they found the problem. It has lost is machine home settings so I was told to press ctrl+Alt+M 12 times and a dialog box would appear, which it did. The I was told to input into the box "7.0=0" and press enter. After I did that the E-Stop is showing that it is on even though it is not and the entire machine does not work. Even with the servo fault I could still use the machine. HELP I don't know what to do to reverse the input I was told to. Can anyone help me. I make my living on this machine. Oh please Please help me !!
