Electronics for Cncfusion sx3 kit? Advice.

Just about to pull the trigger on the deluxe kit for my sx3. Was wondering what you guys suggest for electronics. Would really like to order everything from one place. Have pc and software already. As user friendly as possible. I want to spend as less time as I can trouble shooting. Thanks in advance.

IMHO, you cant go wrong with a G540 combo
Very easy to wire, very robust little drivers and I havent had any issues with the 2 that I own.
You can get it in a combo or source all the pieces individually and build your own control enclosure.
Here are a few links to peruse

The G540 electronics package Crevice reamer suggests is the one I use on my SX3.

Sounds like your on your way. I just received my Grizzly SX3 and am getting ready to order the CNC kit, heli's ,extended screws and extra Y plate and 540 pulleys.

I'll be going with CR's 540 setup as I'm familiar with the 540 from a Joes CNC.

    Good luck.... Matt

so i spent more than i planned but i got the controller box plus the motors instead of just the kit. Everyone at keling or Automation Technology which they are now called, were more than helpful and very friendly! Thanks to john for all the info and help.

Wow, very nice. I would have spent more seeing all that "candy" myself. You are well on your way...

These things are addicting, aren't they.

    Indeed, very nice.

I did my conversion with the CNCfusion kit a year ago.
The conversion was easy, learning Mach3 and other CAD/Cam progs not.

Ive been working with autocad for about 5 years and inventor off and on. never used mach3 but have used other cnc software before on a turret punch press and a engraver. hopefully it wont be too much different.
