Hi All,
Been lurking for the last year and getting psyched to make the plunge.
Here's the goal.
3 Axis Servo CNC'd G0704 or X3
Features I want to accomodate for.
1. Servo Motors
2. Pendant
3. Probe
4. Coolant System Control
5. Spindle Speed Control
I have been advised to use the CNC4PC C11T BOB.
I am working out the wiring schematics before ordering parts - kinda like a measure twice, cut once concept. I thought I understood circuits, but lately that confidence has felt quite challenged.
Here's a schematic of the basic servo system with Gecko G320X drives For now I'm just going 3 Axis, but will add a 4th once I'm comfortable with X, Y & Z.
For starters, I'd like to confirm I have the servo's, home/limits and E Stop correct.
The schematic is drawn in Excel and just a creation of cut-n-pastes with lines inserted for the circuits. If anyone feels exceptional pity for me, I can send you the excel file and you provide mark ups in red.
Once we get the fundamental system circuit established, we can start adding things like the pendant, probe, etc.
TIA for assistance provided.

I would look at the PMDX 126 instead of the C11T. Myself and a few others all had problems with the C11T and could not get it to work correctly. I think all of us are now on the PMDX stuff at this point. The PMDX 126 has a direct connection scheme for smooth stepper as well.
PM-45 CNC conversion in-process. Silly engineer wants to be a machinist.
