I dont know of any other instructions, but honestly it is very straightforward and the parts only go in one way.
There are also alot of us here on the zone that are more than willing to help out if needed.

Is this the only instruction guide people are going by when doing the CNCfusion deluxe conversion? CNC Fusion I saw a link to another instructions but the link is now invalid. If I do purchase this kit, where is the best place to get step by step instructions for the conversion?

there was a pretty good site but it seems to be down
http://dcfcok.com/hobby
it really isn't too hard.
Cool thanks, emailed them to find out what their turn around time is.
have you read crevicereamer.com for info about extending the travels? pretty handy information on wiring and hooking up the g540. only two aluminum parts needed to extend the travels and a hole drilled in the column. very worth it IMO. I have used every bit of my travels and wish I had even more.
I left the Z alone and haven't yet needed the extra height, but when I do I'll kick myself I'm sure
I dont have a pic of it but how I extended the Y was just to have michael at cncfusion send me an extra mounting block for the Y and clearanced it for the ballnut. You would also need longer bolts to bolt through both the Y plates.
It is the exact same thickness that CR specifies on his site, but looks better because the profiles match perfectly.
I have pics at home so I will try and post them tonight if I can

I have been reading quite a bit of that site lately. How much X and Y travel were you able to get? It would be idea for me to be able to work with a 12" long pc.
also anyone know how fast cncfusion are in returning emails or sending product?
I am sure there is an easy answer but I had to leave just as I started to put Zscrew in and I noticed the bolt holes adont line up. I will be back on it tomorrow but anybody had this before?
