Solved the problem...
After 2seconds of operation under no load, the spindle motor abruptly stopped. There were no indications of fault, this is a new machine...
I turned it off, powered back up and nothing... No fault indication, fuse is good, power indicator comes on with the switch, it is not the e-stop, it is not the spindle guard. There is AC to the PC Board, but no DC coming out to the reversing switch.
No smoke, smell or indications of anything burning... Not sure what to do here, the motor is brand new... A replacement board is bloody expensive... Gerling Lab http://www.repaircontrol.com/ is no longer repairing boards.
Anyone have any luck with the 1100W and controller from Keling? Direct replacement?
Anything I should check to get this puppy spinning again?

Sounds like either the chip guard popped open?
