    Default About Sieg SX2.7

    Hi everyone,

There is Sieg SX2.7 milling machine, did anyone know or use it? any comments when comparing with SX3...

It has XY travels of 395mmx190mm (15.5"x7.5") which is more than SX3: 400mmx145mm (15.7"x5.7"), at least more in Y direction, but lighter in weigh, only 101kg
    Its power is 750W vs SX3 1000W

    Thanks,

Ive been wondering about a comparison like this myself. Specifically between the LMS/HiTorque 5500 (upgraded Sieg SX2.7 variant) and the DROPros Weiss VM25L (upgraded Sieg SX3 variant). Im guessing the two Im looking at are just too new and not many own them yet.

We have been working on designing a kit for the SX2.7.
I am doing this with the LMS 5500.
After tearing into it, I'm really liking the machine.
After converting an X3, I think I like this machine more.
It just seems to me to be put together better.
